Team Bear Fitness is a brand new gym, designed for anybody suffering with mental health issues, be it anxiety, weight loss or depression. I will be the Sports Massage Therapist there, but able to help anyone at all. Call or email and I’ll book you in to my new therapy room. It is so exciting, I am really looking forward to it! There is a gym where we can do rehab exercises, no longer using the stairs or corridor. Kate is an excellent personal coach and will also take pilates and small groups for HIIT, we will work closely together.

I have been a Massage Teacher at Newbury College. I taught Body Massage to Therapists and also evening classes in Aromatherapy and Massage and Reflexology to the general public. I am a Sports Therapist of 18 years. I love to teach classes to help couples and individuals to help each other. Massage can really encourage you to relax, feel great and iron out those aches and pains. Learn the right amount of pressure and what techniques to use to help your friend or partner. Have fun while you develop new skills. A perfect way to spend a few hours.
I run classes in massage, generally for two hours to two and half hours, to teach couples and individuals massage techniques and skills. Classes can be tailored to the needs of the group, but take the form of teaching Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, using oil and seated Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage, fully clothed.
