I will be the Sports Massage Therapist there, but able to help anyone at all. Call or email and I’ll book you in to my new therapy room. It is so exciting, I am really looking forward to it! There is a gym where we can do rehab exercises, no longer using the stairs or corridor. Kate is an excellent personal coach and will also take pilates and small groups for HIIT, we will work closely together.
